SARAH BOYER – Founding Principal
For well over a decade, Sarah Boyer has been honing her skills in architectural and interior design with numerous residential renovations in Los Angeles. Sarah has specialized in creating sustainable interior and exterior living spaces with harmonious color palettes, organic textiles and mixed metal finishes. Her aesthetic vision is one of balance, where indoor and outdoor elements blend seamlessly to create a polished, yet functional project. Every detail from design finishes, furniture, lighting and appliances are all selected with innovation and efficiency in mind.
Sarah began her career in Fashion Design and Design Merchandising working for several large corporate fashion brands, where she developed their design teams and managed global merchandising. She eventually started her own design merchandising consulting company before transitioning her skills to interior design.
She is a graduate of Scripps College at the Claremont Colleges and holds a BA in Media Studies and Studio Art.
JONATHAN BOYER – FAIA, Founding Principal
Jonathan Boyer has spent over 40 years of his career researching, designing and developing award winning buildings that continually raise the standards of ecologically sensitive architecture. He has focused exclusively on high performance projects that have demonstrated that sustainable design is environmentally, socially and economically viable.
Jonathan has won numerous awards from AIA (American Institute of Architects), US Green Building Council and The National Housing & Rehabilitation Association. He is also been a leader in the movement against Climate Change with many publications and presentations to national conferences and environmental advocacy groups.
Over the years, Jonathan has worked with SOM (Skidmore Owings and Merrill), Sheaffer & Roland and Farr Associates on projects that have demonstrated the highest levels of LEED certification and environmentally sensitive commercial and residential architecture.
He became a fellow of the AIA in 2014, and has a Master’s Degree from the Yale School of Architecture.
